Recognize a Special Occasion With a Contribution

There are many ways in which you can honor a neuropathy patient’s (or caregiver, friend, family member, health care provider) birthday, milestone, anniversary or any other celebration. Making a contribution to The Neuropathy Association on behalf of someone is a gift that honors the recipient while offering hope and support to the Association as it fulfills its mission to bring help, hope and healing to all in the neuropathy community.

We will acknowledge your gift by sending a card to the honoree.  The card will specify the occasion, the person honored, your name, and message.  It will not mention the amount of the gift.

Honor or Memorial Gifts

Remembering a special person in memoriam with a gift also ensures your gift provides a unique testimony to the memory of that person well into the future.

When gifts are made in memoriam, we send an acknowledgement in your name to the person you designate when you make your gift.
